Insurance: Clients are required to hold insurance cover for both public liability and general cover. Any equipment, valuables, props or items not belonging to the location are used and left on the premises at the Clients’ own risk. Client must ensure their property, staff, guests and equipment are fully covered by insurance. The Owner and Aqua PR Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the aforementioned. The full cost of all repairs or replacement to anything damaged in the location, (including wooden floors) will be charged to the Client.

Children & Animals: One adult per child to accompany children on location. No animals unless agreed in advance.

Props: With prior consent all furnishing and equipment in the location can be used as props. Use of additional large i.e. furniture/cars props must be agreed in advance.

Location Rules: The Client is responsible for making sure all attending the shoot are aware of the rules of the location. These must be checked with the owner at the start of the shoot. The Client must make sure the furniture and equipment is not dragged across floors, or moved from room to room, without owner approval. All furniture/equipment must be returned to its original location at the end of the shoot. No stiletto or high heel shoes to be worn on wooden floors. All photographic equipment must be protected against damage to floors.

Working Hours: Location working hours for a full day of stills are between 9am and 6pm. A half day shoot is from 9am until 1pm or 2pm until 6pm – unless otherwise agreed. Overtime will be charged at £100.00 per hour. Weekend and Bank Holidays on application.

Crews: Still shots consist of no more than 15 people on set. Parking dependent on location and does not include trucks, catering tables and where space more than 2 vehicles.

Access: Access will be granted to the agreed property during the period booked.

Rights: The Client will have the right to produce still photography for use in publicity, book publishing or merchandising and to represent the location as being either another real or fictional place according to the requirements of the production. The true location is not to be given.

Viewing: Please view the location before you book a shoot. If we can we will advise you of changes in decor/furnishings. The interior and gardens of locations may vary according to season and owners make changes to their homes by updating or changing furniture. Aqua PR Ltd and the Owner cannot be held responsible if the location does not look exactly like the photos on the website. Clients are requested to ensure that appointments for viewings are kept. Should a team not be able to make an appointment or be late, please contact Aqua PR Ltd as soon as possible. Under no circumstances are the owners of the location to be contacted directly by the Client and/or production company/locations manager.

Decoration: Any alteration of decoration is only on application. If permission is granted, please use professional builders set or otherwise. Client will be held responsible for restoring the location to the condition in which they found it, including repainting or repairing walls.

Client’s Equipment: The Client must make arrangements in advance for storing props and furniture overnight that is satisfactory to the owner of the property.

Cancellation: Cancellation of confirmed bookings: 48 hours prior 50% cancellation fee, 24 hours prior 100% cancellation fee.

NB: Should exceptional circumstances such as fire, flooding, or force majeure occur that are wholly beyond the control of the Owner and Aqua PR Ltd, which prevent the use of the location the Owner and Aqua PR Ltd shall be entitled to cancel this contract. In these circumstances neither the Owner nor Aqua PR Ltd shall be liable for any consequential loss suffered by the Client.
